Madrid: The Other Side

Madrid: The Other Side

Anti-Tapas Madrid | Not a Tapas Tour Madrid

Madrid is a city with an amazing historical centre and lots to offer to its visitors. The curious fact is that the city's major street Gran Via devides the center into two parts. Each of the sides of Gran Via has its own "face" and peculiarity, and on this tour we want to show you the part of the city that is lesser exposed to the tourism, but no less exciting, the side where the major historical and cultural events took place and where nowdays trendy zone has settled.

In "the other side" of Madrid we will show you some of the most interesting architectonic palaces and markets, museums and our "sistine chapel", the place where "madrileños" fought bravely against Napoleon troops, and how the part of city got transformed in a curious mixture of modernity and past.
